Customized Products:
As a small business, please understand that we cannot process refunds or returns of customized
products, such as Customized frames, Polaroids, greeting cards, pictures etc.
Non-Customized Products:
We do accept returns on non-customized items in unused condition. Please email us so we can
issue a return authorization before you ship back the product. Your refund will be processed
when the return is received.
Errors and Damages:
In some cases, a product can be damaged by courier while shipping. We will issue an exchange
if your order is damaged, printing error, or broken. Please contact us and provide your order
number along with a photo of the issue, so we can make it right.
